Terms & Conditions

1. Website purpose

This website provides general information about Home Design Ora and allows visitors to submit service, contact and newsletter requests.

2. Service information

Descriptions on the website are general. Final project scope, materials, pricing, timelines, warranties, installation requirements and other terms are determined by the applicable written agreement and project documentation.

3. Booking requests

Submitting the service booking form is a request for contact, not a binding acceptance of a construction or renovation contract. Home Design Ora may need additional information before confirming any project.

4. Pricing and financing

Website content should not be treated as a fixed quote or a loan offer. Financing decisions are made by the lender selected by the homeowner and are subject to that lender's terms and eligibility requirements.

5. Warranty information

Warranty coverage varies by service, product, provider and written agreement. Keep the final warranty documentation supplied for your specific project.

6. User submissions

You agree to provide accurate contact information and not to submit unlawful, abusive or malicious content through website forms.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the website's text, layout, branding and original code are intended for Home Design Ora's website use. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses or terms.

8. External links and services

The website may reference third-party services or resources. Home Design Ora is not responsible for the content or availability of external websites outside its control.

9. Availability

Website availability, email delivery and form processing can be affected by hosting, network, security or third-party service conditions. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated when the website or service processes change. The version posted on this page is the version intended for website use.
